You are responsible for the strategy on PIA key accounts with a cross-functional service portfolio of UX, content, media, data and tech.
You develop these key accounts holistically in terms of the best possible customer experience. Sounds challenging and exciting? It is.
You always understand "strategy" in the sense of creating value for users and companies alike.
You carry this mindset into pitches that require holistic approaches and/or specialist services on a significant scale.
You develop the integrated offering of the PIA Group together with our CSO.
You build a strategy team for the long term and take the lead.
You develop and build strong decks with a knack for design.
A generalist who burns to give the right answers time and time again.
You have the feeling that you don't have everything we need yet? Don't worry, we will make sure that you can grow into your role.
You have an understanding of comms, product strategy, service design, data science and qualitative research.
You have sound methodological and technical knowledge.
You have several years of relevant professional experience and are very senior as well as strong in opinion and design.
You are experienced in leading large and comprehensive pitches such as client mandates.
You are able to lead a (multidisciplinary) team and set clear content guidelines.
You are passionate about customer experience and understand the transformational tasks it entails in companies.
You have very high quality standards and the will to change the status quo for customers in favour of innovation and better value creation.
You are fluent in English
